Help Article: Enabling Product Sync Bulk Action in WooCommerce MYOB Integration
Overview
The WooCommerce MYOB Integration plugin includes a setting that lets you sync products from WooCommerce to MYOB in bulk directly from the product page in your WordPress admin area. This feature is especially helpful for users managing large inventories who need an efficient way to ensure their product data is consistent between WooCommerce and MYOB AccountRight.
Location of the Plugin Setting
To find and adjust the Product Sync Bulk Action setting, follow these steps:
1. Go to WooCommerce Settings: In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to `WooCommerce > Settings`.
2. Access the Integration Tab: Click on the `Integration` tab.
3. Select MYOB AccountRight: Choose `MYOB AccountRight` from the list of available integrations.
4. Open Configurations: Locate the section labelled `Configurations`.
5. Find the Enable Product Sync Bulk Action Setting: Look for the setting named `Enable Product Sync Bulk Action`.

Enabling the Setting
When you enable the `Enable Product Sync Bulk Action` setting by switching it to 'yes', a new bulk action option called "Sync To MYOB" will appear in the dropdown menu on the Products page. This allows you to select multiple products and sync them to MYOB simultaneously.
When the Setting is Disabled
If this setting is disabled (set to 'no'), the "Sync To MYOB" option will not be available in the bulk actions dropdown on the Products page. This means you cannot perform bulk syncing operations from WooCommerce to MYOB and would need to manage syncing individually or through other available methods.
